There is a $500 per person application fee for each program which is fully refundable if you are not accepted.

After you apply, complete the player resume and arrange for your coach and character references to be completed. These forms can be emailed to 365 Sports at coach@365sports.org.

The player resume and references do not need to be completed in order to apply. Your application reserves your place on a team.

Please read the program terms and conditions carefully. 

At the time of application you must accept or decline the Program Protection Plan (travel and trip cancellation insurance). Athletes are required to have the insurance while accompanying family members may choose to decline the insurance. We strongly recommend that all participants accept this protection. The insurance premium is $259 for all destinations except the Bahamas which is $229.

Following your application you will receive a program contract which lists your payment options along with other program and travel related documentation.
